Brian S. Goldwyn, a partner at Stevens & Goldwyn, P.A., received his B.S. in political science from the University of Georgia in 1994 and his J.D from Nova Southeastern University in 2001. Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Goldwyn was the proprietor of a small business in the Real Estate Profession. Working in the South Florida real estate market, he gained extensive experience in all facets of real estate. Mr. Goldwyn’s business experience helps provide our clients with real world applications of the best business practices and effective negotiations of contracts. Mr. Goldwyn has drafted reviewed, and negotiated, all types of real estate contracts. Mr. Goldwyn was chosen as a Commencement Speaker for the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center and is frequently invited as a guest speaker at the University. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association.
Mr. Goldwyn is also a member of CAI, Community Association Institute, an international organization dedicated to building better communities. By keeping current on the latest news, trends, laws and issues affecting common-interest communities, Mr. Goldwyn has been able to provide crucial information to community association stakeholders, including community managers and homeowner leaders. Mr. Goldwyn has provided communities with resources, tools and education for board members, community managers, association management companies and other product and service providers.
He has also worked on a variety of commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, fraud, lien foreclosures, real property and foreclosure actions, Condominium and Homeowner Association matters, and various transactional issues.
